Liability

SwiftStaffs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client agrees to pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
